We're usually quite leery of recommendations from NextDoor, however, after reading the preponderance of favorable reviews, I felt compelled to request an estimate from Jordan Carpentry & Siding.  We could not have found a better contractor to refurbish our front porch with a Trex product.  Right from the initial meeting, Kelly Jordan distingushed himself by his fair and honest estimate and his excellent communication skills.  Once we agreed to have him and his crew complete the work, he continued to keep us abreast of any and all developments (i.e. timing of ordering materials, alerting us in advance to the timing of deliveries, apprising us of what time he and his crew would arrive, etc.).  There was never a gap in communication and, equally important, their work was, simply put--EXCELLENT!  The crew was respectful, incrediby hard working and it was obvious that they were a great team.  Each day they cleaned up thoroughly and made an effort to go above and beyond by doing little touch-up work at the very end.  I've only ever recommended one other vendor in all my years, but Jordan Carpentry & Siding deserves your attention.  They are extraordinary!

Wow. Incredible attention to detail. I have had Kelly do several jobs for me. Deck, window and door replacement and install, roof work, landscaping, etc. Fairly priced and always very reliable. HIGHLY recommended and I can be hard to please :)

We  have recently had  multiple projects done on our home. Jordan and his capable crew completed our 12 by 46 foot deck. Fixing our roof and fireplace from many years of water damage.  Installing French door in our Primary bedroom and installing a new window in our garage. This crew with the help of Jordan and Daniel do meticulous work. If you are looking for a crew to complete the job in a couple of days, these guys are not that. They do outstanding work and measure every detail of  each repair with extreme care. I would recommend Jordan and his crew to everyone in the metro Atlanta area. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them in the future for any new project on our house.

My front steps and landing had become precarious with rotting posts and decades of carpenter bee infestation. As the third owner of this unit, I was unaware of the degree of decline until Kelly literally lifted the steps to show me they were no longer attached to the house.

Additionally, after seeing several areas of invasion at the fireplace exterior, Kelly discovered several rotted areas, likely due to years of unrealized roof leaks.

Kelly Jordan is a skilled carpenter who did excellent work on our decks and front porch. Is is a good listener and tries to accommodate the homeowner's desires. He has also worked at several neighboring homes and they give good reports on his work.

If there were five stars rating, I would give him six.  Wish I had him when I owned duplexes and houses.  I have hired him for deck, fence, pressure wash, electrical,  etc. at my house, got lucky finding him!!
